As the adage goes, “the days are long, but the years are short.” It is time to bid farewell to the year 2023 and welcome all the new possibilities that will come with 2024. This weekend large numbers of Huntingtonians will brave the weather to celebrate at New Year’s Eve parties all over downtown. If you haven’t yet made your plans, below is a list of scheduled events for Sunday night.

Sip Downtown Brasserie, 5PM – NYE Dinner & Party. Tickets $55. Dinner from 5-10PM (reservations required). Dance party and trivia from 10PM-Midnight.

La Fontaine’s Rooftop Lounge, 7PM – Ring In 2024 On The Rooftop. $5 cover. Includes champagne toast and party favors. 21+

Taps at Heritage Station, 7PM – Dance party. Champagne toast. 21+

Alchemy Theatre, 7:30PM – The Flood at 50 – 1937 Flood 50th Birthday and New Year’s Eve Bash. Live music from the 1937 Flood band. Tickets $20; includes finger foods. BYOB. All Ages.

BOOTS Spirits & Feed, 8PM – New Year’s Eve Party 2024. $7 cover. First 50 people get a free champagne toast. Live DJ. 21+

The Jockey Club, 8PM – Ring in the New Year With A Bang! No cover. Free champagne at midnight. 21+

The Loud, 8PM – The Kind Thieves with Sockdolager. Tickets $20 in advance; $25 at the door. 18+

Le Bistro and The Cellar Door, 9PM – Glitter and Glow Party. Dinner and a New Year’s Eve Party. 18+

Delta by Marriott, 9PM – Delta Goes Hollywood NYE Party. Tickets $55-$85. Come dressed as your favorite movie character or celebrity. Light appetizers, cash bar, and live music by Bravo Live DJ.

Ranchito Bar & Grill, 9PM – New Year Eve Bash. Live music from Black Dahlia Band. No Cover. All ages.

Stonewall Nightclub, 9PM – “NYE.” $20 cover. XXX star Michael Roman, male entertainment, and the “Ladies of Stonewall.” Shows at 11PM and 1AM. 18+

Old North Arcade, 9:30PM – New Years Eve. Live music from Peg Bundy, Gasser, and Parked. No cover. Free champagne served by drag queens at midnight. 21+

The West Virginia Building 5th Floor, 10PM – HACkS New Years Eve “Time Isn’t Real. An existential New Years Eve” event featuring drag, burlesque, and live music provided by Cricketman. Doors open at 9PM. $10 donation requested at the door. 18+
