This series of 3 workshop topics focuses on creating a less stressful holiday season, through practicing mindfulness, so we can head into the new year thriving, not merely surviving.
We will be spending time each workshop practicing mindfulness in a variety of ways, discussing how to change our faulty beliefs and applying the attitudes of mindfulness to our lives. In addition, we will idendify practical ways we can live with more intention, rather than reactively, in order to have less stress, more joy and better relationships through the holidays and continuing into the new year by setting clear intentions for how and who we want to BE in 2018.
Each workshop can be taken alone but of course, they go really great together and pricing is designed to encourage your participation in all 3.
