The Super Bowl is a pretty big deal in most households every year. From the ads, to the halftime show, to the game itself, there’s usually something for just about everybody.

While some people choose to stay home or go to a friend’s house for a watch party, many opt to head to one of downtown Huntington’s restaurants or sports bars to be part of a more collective game experience.

This year’s viewership in Huntington is expected to be bigger than most with Marshall alum Vinny Curry playing for the Philadelphia “Iggles.” Curry has been a proud and outspoken Son of Marshall for years and has even gone so far as to wear the number 75 in honor of the 75 victims of the 1970 Marshall plane crash.

So if you’re looking for a spot to watch the big game, look no further than downtown Huntington! From Rooster’s to the Marshall Hall of Fame Café, downtown eateries are pulling out all the stops to make sure you have an enjoyable Super Bowl in 2018. Below is a list of downtown Super Bowl specials.

*As with any other night downtown, if you’ve been drinking, I always recommend you call for a ride to get home. Yellow Cab, Uber, and Taxi Tommy will all be available. Taxi Tommy will be employing extra drivers to meet the demand. Taxi Tommy’s Car Service can be reached at (304) 691-9616.
